I understand the importance of making the right decisions when it comes to real estate and mortgages. For most people, myself included, home ownership is the most significant financial decision they will make. I firmly believe that my job is to educate, not sell, so that my clients feel comfortable and confident in the decisions that they make when it comes to their housing and mortgage needs. I have worked in real estate since 2011, and have built a business model where I educate and the client makes the decision that is best for them based on knowing and understanding all the options that are available to them.
One of my prized possessions is a card I received from a client years ago. In the card, she wrote “You have been my support system, acting as realtor, financial advisor, proofreader, editor, teacher, and therapist. You are one of my tribe, G. I appreciate you more than words can express.” To me, this is what working in real estate and mortgage is all about. I also love that my kids ask me, “Who are you helping today dad?” My business is a family business, and I love welcoming others into my family and making them feel at home.
